Many people who travel at night know that there are many risks involved. Unfortunately, one man learned this in such a difficult manner that even New York City wrongful death lawyers would feel pity for him.

The man was traveling on I-84 at around 3:30 in the morning when the fatal car accident occurred. The 33-year-old man was in a Dodge Neon near Exit 6 when the accident occurred with a second car. The man was trapped in the dodge and died in the accident. The second man was taken to the hospital for minor injuries. Neither vehicle had any passengers. The road was reopened around 8:45 a.m. The exact cause of the accident is unknown and the police are still investigating the incident.

After losing a loved one in an accident, it is often an incredibly difficult process to begin to recover. Unfortuantely, there are often many costs associated with the loss, including hospital bills, funeral costs and the loss of the income from the victim. Sometimes, it can be difficult to recover the costs and pay all of the associated bills, but one way to do so is to bring a lawsuit against the other driver or party involved. Often, it can be difficult to prove liability, so bringing a suit is sometimes necessary to try to recover the costs and expenses associated with the loss if other avenues are not available. There may also be more than one party involved, if the other vehicle was owned by someone else or if a commercial vehicle is involved.

Getting over the loss of a loved one is a long, difficult process. Seeking out help from others is one way to begin the recovery process.
