In a dramatic case in which an American rabbinical student and his pregnant wife were gunned down in Israel in a drive-by shooting attributed to Hamas, the family of the student sought legal action to collect $116 Million from the Palestinian Liberation Organization. Though they originally received a declaratory judgment to have a jury trial, Supreme Court Justice Kornreich ruled against the legality of such a trial. Robert J.
