Philip Schultze joined the firm as an Associate in 2022. Philip graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2016 where he was an editor of the Journal of Law and Policy and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Trial Division. Since joining Jaroslawicz and Jaros, Philip has worked on a variety of cases, including those arising from intentional torts, motor vehicle accidents, labor law violations, and premises liability.
Prior to joining Jaroslawicz and Jaros, Philip worked for a defense firm in New York City representing the interests of insurance companies and companies in a variety of lawsuits involving issues relating to motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, New York Labor Law, and general liability.
