David Tolchin is a Senior Attorney at Jaroslawicz & Jaros, PLLC, in New York City, where he has built an impressive legal career spanning over 25 years. After graduating cum laude from Brandeis University with a B.A. in Politics and Spanish, Mr. Tolchin earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1998. He joined Jaroslawicz & Jaros, PLLC, immediately after graduation and has remained with the firm throughout his career, demonstrating his commitment and loyalty.

Mr. Tolchin is admitted to practice throughout New York State, the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. As an accomplished litigator and appellate counsel, he has prepared and argued several appeals before the Appellate Divisions of the New York State Supreme Court. He has briefed appeals for both the United States Court of Appeals and the New York State Court of Appeals, New York’s highest court.

His practice encompasses a wide range of complex cases, including medical malpractice, construction worksite accidents, product liability, breach of contract, automobile accident liability, and sexual discrimination. He also handles matters involving bankruptcy stay relief and pedestrian sidewalk injuries.
