David Jaroslawicz
Partner
David Jaroslawicz, principal partner at Jaroslawicz & Jaros, PLLC, holds over 50 years of experience in law and practices in New York, Florida, and California. He has earned recognition as one of the Top Trial Lawyers in the country by The American Trial Lawyers Association and as a New York Super Lawyer. David has successfully argued cases at all levels, including before the United States Supreme Court and the New York State Court of Appeals. His legal work has shaped the laws of New York and New Jersey, particularly through his pioneering work in the concerted action theory against drug manufacturers.
David leads his firm in handling a variety of complex cases involving commercial litigation, contract disputes, real estate, and personal injury, including high-stakes medical malpractice and product liability cases. Abraham Jaros

Abraham Jaros, co-founder and partner at Jaroslawicz & Jaros, PLLC, began his illustrious career over 48 years ago. He has a reputation as a formidable trial lawyer with a track record of securing multi-million dollar verdicts for his clients. Abraham’s notable achievements include winning the first $1 million and $2 million verdicts in Sullivan and Albany Counties, respectively, both in cases of medical malpractice. Some of his significant results for his clients include a $2 million verdict in New York City on behalf of a model harmed by a cosmetic product. He was responsible for handling a case with an injured car accident passenger that resulted in an $8.8 million settlement; a case with another injured passenger that resulted in a $6 million verdict; as well as a construction worker who was injured on the job that resulted in a $44 million dollar verdict, the highest in New York to that date.
