Elizabeth Eilender has been practicing for over 30 years. Elizabeth represents plaintiffs in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, sexual assault and abuse claims, employment discrimination disputes, commercial litigation, and improper denials of property, life, and disability insurance claims. Elizabeth also has extensive experience handling aviation cases in particular those involving injuries sustained during international airline travel pursuant to the Montreal Convention.

In the last several years, Elizabeth has successfully litigated against Amazon for individuals who have been seriously injured by allegedly defective products sold through Amazon’s website as well as claims against Amazon delivery services for premises claims and motor-vehicle collisions.

Elizabeth graduated from Dartmouth College in 1989 and earned her law degree from New York Law School in 1992. She is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, as well as multiple federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.

Elizabeth is a founding member and has served as the Treasurer and President of the New York Chapter of the national organization Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law. Currently, Elizabeth is the Secretary/Treasurer on the national board of CWIL. Elizabeth is a proud member of the New York Women’s Bar Association, Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association and New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Elizabeth lives in New York City with her husband and beloved rescue dog Archie.
