Thomas has been working in the field of personal injury since he was 18 years old: serving papers, as a paralegal, and then, upon his admission to practice, as an attorney for injured accident sufferers as well as a brief time for insurance companies. This two-sided approach allows him to understand how to create a case, and how an insurance company will try to tear it down. He is always reachable by phone and email, and practices in all areas of personal injury, fighting for accident victims to get them the compensation they deserve.
Thomas Straub is a 2016 graduate of St. John’s University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the District of Columbia, and is also Federally admitted in the Southern and Eastern District Courts for the State of New York.
